While in Montreal about a month ago, I went to a huge restaurant suppy store and picked
up 2 of these pans, they were $9.50 each and are 16-1/4" in diameter. I thought they were a good deal.
Anyway they make a really good man sized slice of pizza. I really love these new pans.
I pour quite a bit of oil into the bottom of the pan, - enough to cover the entire surface,
just enough ... and then put my dough on top.
The result in a 500 degree F oven is a nicely crisp and golden brown crust.
Yum ! ... I'm getting hungry now
