Has anyone tried this North Beach mozzarella? I get it from Trader Joe's. I get the low moisture skim type and I have to say that this is the best mozzerella cheese that I have used on my pizzas so far. It melts really fast and has a great flavor. The package says that it is made by Cascade Dairy,located in California. This beats out all the other mozzarellas I have tried(Sorrento, Kraft, etc)
