Blodgett Oven

Starting up a pizza business and came across an old Blodgett pizza oven from a Deli that is closing.   The owner said the oven has been in the store since the 70's!  My thought is that I'm going to need something more modern as we are looking to be a by the slice/delivery operation in a pretty large market.  Do these ovens typically have this long of a live span?
