It has been a pleasure to read your posts here. The posts about your success with making a starter inspired me to do the same (although it took me more than a month of experiments to get a satisfactory result).
BTW, I visited 2 Amys during a week-long business trip in April. I liked the pizza so much that I returned two more times during the week. My last visit did me in. While trying to grab some quick lunch, I missed my flight from National Airport. The pizza at 2 Amys was by far the best I ever had in DC (and better than any place in Brazil, where I live).
Coincidentally, I had to stay overnight in a Crystal City hotel to wait for the next flight out. While walking around, I passed Bebo Trattoria and thought it looked posh. I look forward to trying your pizza there on my next trip.
