Excellent!  While my project in Baton Rouge is just about over and I likely won't get to travel there again for a while, I have a lot of fond food memories and meal I need to try cooking up.

I love how you say it's important that you have to be exact in weighing out ingredients, and then when it's kneading, you add some garlic powder and don't know how much you put in. funny.
(And why did you put 1/4 cup of oil?)

very entertaining, to say the least. thanks for the laugh.
