Buisness Plans?

I was wondering if anyone had a buisness plan for a pizzeria that they would be willing to sell to me.  I have managed a family owned Italian restraunt for four years but have been out of the buisness for two years.  The only reason that I am asking is because the location that I want will not last long and I want to go to the bank asap.  The plan does not have to be great because I do have excellent credit.  I am looking for an 80,000 doller loan.  If anyone is willing to help send me an email at Amp02@hotmail.com.

You should contact the Small Business Admin in your area.  I know that in our area, Colorado, they have helped people with that for free.  Banks are often willing to help too.

While at PizzaExpo in Las Vegas I sat in on a seminar about how to write a business plan for a pizzeria, it was hosted by two guys from "restaurantowner.com" I believe there are several templates to choose from and I got a copy of "Paulie's Pizza LLC" during the class and I think it's just what you need.  From memory I think it cost about $100, check it out.
