Buisness Plans?
« on: May 03, 2007, 06:51:18 PM »
I was wondering if anyone had a buisness plan for a pizzeria that they would be willing to sell to me.  I have managed a family owned Italian restraunt for four years but have been out of the buisness for two years.  The only reason that I am asking is because the location that I want will not last long and I want to go to the bank asap.  The plan does not have to be great because I do have excellent credit.  I am looking for an 80,000 doller loan.  If anyone is willing to help send me an email at Amp02@hotmail.com

You should contact the Small Business Admin in your area.  I know that in our area, Colorado, they have helped people with that for free.  Banks are often willing to help too.

Good Luck!

See also this series of posts from the archives of the PMQ Think Tank: http://www.pmq.com/cgi-bin/tt/index.cgi/noframes/read/27727. You will note reference to software that can be used to generate business plans. One program that I have read about that is said to be a good one is available at http://wwwpaloalto.com.

For additional information, you may also want to do a forum search at the PMQTT website. For example, I found this post that appears to be relevant to your needs: http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewtopic.php?t=2381&highlight=business+plan

While at PizzaExpo in Las Vegas I sat in on a seminar about how to write a business plan for a pizzeria, it was hosted by two guys from "restaurantowner.com" I believe there are several templates to choose from and I got a copy of "Paulie's Pizza LLC" during the class and I think it's just what you need.  From memory I think it cost about $100, check it out.
Sorry there are no phone numbers on my copy, only the web address.  Write back if you have trouble getting the information you need.
