6th International Pizzamaker Cup- Trofeo Caputo - Napoli - Italy

If anyone is interested and/or will be in Naples, the 21st and 22nd of May 2007  there will be the 6th International Pizzamaker Cup - Caputo Trophy, organised by APN (associazione pizzaiuoli napoletani) with Caputo Flour support.

I believe this year there will be a partnership with pmq.

I've  just come back from this event. It was nice, as there were representative from US and France as well as some Japanese currently working in Italy.

I do not know how it ended up as I had to leave before the end. In my opinion these are nice occasion to meet other professional pizzamaker but rarely would give the right condition for someone to make his/her best pizza..
