you can even reduce the filesize by just opening your images in ms paint and "save as" to another filename.

Thanks Villa Roma, I plan on making some pizza over the weekend and will post some shots. If there is anybody in the Folsom Ca area who wants to give the oven a whirl and see how their pizza dough turns out at a high heat you are welcome to swing by.

So you're getting the oven to 900 degrees just with gas? I didn't know that was possible. That's great news. I've been wanting an oven like that for a long time. I don't think I'd be able to spend what it will take to get one, but I would definitely like to. If you can post some photos of the pizzas you make, that would be great.
