what wood burning pizza oven to buy?

i am a chef opening my first restaurant. i've studied in paris and cooked in italy. i am opening a french/italian bistro. 80% complete. i have been researching online...earthstone and so on...so far i think the mugnaini is the best oven, price and quality. tell me what you think...i am new to the oven world.

If you click on the globe under pizzanapoletana's signature it will take you to the FORNO NAPOLETANO
website.  It seems like the top of the line if you're looking to make Neapolitan pizza.

I don't know about Phoenix, but Caputo is readily available from pennmac.com. Go to their homepage and click on "pizza makers."

I just had to find caputo in phoenix for a pizzeria that will be opening nearby in tucson.  You can find it locally at shamrockfoodservice.com
