Hey everyone, its been awhile since i posted. I havent made a pie in awhile now and i have been thinking of some new method's. Well we all know the special techniques( short knead times, oil content ). I still wanna figure out how they at giordano's can stretch and toss their dough like they do. And i think my next pizza im gonna try adding some clarified butter into the dough and see how its helps.
I would love for this topic to be a place where we can all post our new idea's and method's for making a better pie. Cause we all know there is no such thing as a perfect recipe, it can always be better.
