My husband and I are from Champaign and love Papa Dels, we were thrilled to try this recipe. There are a few changes we made to the recipe and it turned out delicious.
We would NOT add the romano. Too strong of a flavor to be an accurate Papa Dels.
The 4 cups of flour to the milk ratio was too much. We used 3 cups instead and had a much better dough.
Has anyone else tried this recipe with good results?
