After November tipped us about Rice Bran Oil, I regularly use it for fried food now - previously I used grape-seed oil

We are more than happy about the change since it is healthier for you. I was wondering how it compares to Olive Oil for health and whether anyone had any further data or experience with any other Oils in general.
What I do know is that good Olive Oil is getting a tad expensive and we are looking at other healthy alternatives - I will always keep my good olive oil for salads etc.
