Okay... I had this really amazing pizza once and I've been trying to replicate it ever since...
It was a pear pizza served from Amato's
What I have done is buttered a thin crust pizza... sliced bartlett pears and added cinnamon. But I don't think cinnamon is the right ingredient to complement the pizza. If anyone could give me an idea as to how I can enhance the flavor of the pears then i would be great full...
Should I be using a certain flour in the pizza dough?
Should I be using a different type of pear?
Should I maybe cook the pears with some brown sugar ( I'm going to try this today )...
Again... any ideas would be much appreciated...
