Pyzano's- World Champion Exposure

It's a worthwhile experience to visit the 5 time Pizza-tossing world champion and Manager of the USA Pizza team that has competed in Italy.  Tony G and his brother own Pyzano's on the East Bay, outside of San Francisco, and is obviously very up close with the best of the best from around the world.

Tony is very willing to open up and discuss ingredients and other topics.  While eating one of his award winning pizzas, I learned about some great ingredients.  You can learn a great deal about pizza at this top notch pizzeria.  Quite an experience for those who want to know more than what is written.  And if you want to see pizza tossing that goes well beyond throwing it in the air, he's the guy to do it.
