Hello,
I plan on opening a pizzeria and I plan on cooking my sauce. Do any of you know if a commercial sauce stirrer exists? Thanks!

AeRoSteele,
I don't know about the "automatic" part in your topic description, but Big Dave Ostrander, a former independent pizza operator, used to use a dry wall mud mixer with a 1/2" variable speed electric drill, as he describes in this PMQ post:
http://www.pmq.com/cgi-bin/tt/index.cgi?noframes;read=3618
. A more recent post with a similar suggestion is this one at the PMQ Think Tank, at

.

pretty funny...that last post on PMQ was mine..I went through dozens of cracked ladles before that drill attachment..drill also works much better with little effort...just make sure you have the right speed on or else it could get messy
