another cracker crust pic....par baked before topping

Here's one I'm doing this morning for my ma's 75th birthday party today at noon. This is par-baked and ballanced on a bottle of E&J brandy. It's obviously a very, crackery, crispy, crust. Same as to one the other nite using the same recipe. I think I'm in love with this recipe. Thanks DKM, Peter, Tom Lehman and all others who contrbute here, great work for the love of your craft. Sorry for the quality of the cell phone photos, a buddiy of mine dropped my dig camera and crippled it :-(
