Not bad pizza tonight - Sept_1_2004

Well I made a crazy Canadian pizza tonight.

I guess I'll call it a Mexican Taco pizza.

I topped my pizza with left over taco hamburger from last night,
some fresh sliced onion and some hot peppers ( sliced ) not bad, it turned out better than I thought  

Oh almost forgot ! - I also chopped up some celery  - yes I said celery ! it's a Canadian thing - don't knock it until you have tried it  
slice celery stalk into 4 pieces, then cut with sharp knife into very small pieces, give a very nice little crunch - but you'd never know it was celery on it !

That's the great thing about pizza-- it's like asking what do you want to go with a great bread?  No need to knock celery, Cajun spicy dishes make use of celery as well.  The leftovers look very good.

Morning guys, thanks for the good names for the pizzas, yes international indeed hehehe  

Geez, I ate that first small pizza myself last night and had 3 slices of the big one, sheez no wonder I'm over 200 lbs, not good.... that's the problem I have with pizza, I have no self-control.  You just keep eating it even when you are full.
