Here are some ideas to help out with your problem with a soggy crust.
Use less toppings. The veggies will release a good amount of liquid.
Use a low moisture mozzarella cheese. I get Stella brand from Sams Club in a 5# bag.
When you make your sauce, Drain some of the liquid from the tomatoes. There is around 7oz. in a 28oz. can of crushed tomatoes.
Keep your pizza on a pizza screen elevated off of a solid surface. The change of temp from hot to cold will contribute to moisture release.
You will not get rid of the moisture 100% but this can help out with your problem.
