We decided to replace our old deck ovens.. We aren't sure if we have the facilities (or other reasons) to accommodate a true wood fired oven. If not what would be second best for a true caputo like pizza? Or should we be working hard to get a true wood fired? Our current ovens are about 6' high, 40" deep and 55" wide.. under a hood..
