Fig and Blue Cheese

Something I had locally was Fig preserves and Blue cheese pie, pretty darn good. :pizza:

Speaking of pig (your forum name), prosciutto would probably go pretty well with that combination.

Doing a couple cracker crusts tonite and will be adding some leftover Hi Temp blue from sausage making a couple months ago and also just picked up a stick of sopressata for going on one of the pies, I love the stuff. It's got that funky parma/prosciutto taste and smell to it. Should go well with the blue.
