I love BBQ Chicken pizza. My recipe is as follows:
BBQ Sauce (I used Bullseye with Guinness)
Sargento 4-cheese mexican blend
very thinly sliced red onion (1/4 of the onion)
Leftover BBQ Chicken cubed
I make a NY style dough using the lehmann recipe and procedures. (last nights pie was from dough made tuesday)
Cooked on my weber grill on 6" ceramic tiles. The grill was WAY past the 550 degree mark on the thermometer (actually almost back to 0 degrees

) cooked for 4-5 minutes
I'd show pictures, but it was so dang good, it was gone before I got a chance.
Really one of my favorite non-traditional pies.
