I have a crust question

Hello. I usually post on the Chicago Forum but I am in need of some Thin crust knowledge. I used to eat at this pizza place and I noticed that their crust was thin but it also seemed like you could pull it apart lengthwise like it had about 3 layers of thin crust "skin."  does anyone know of this or has the recipe for it? Thanks - Brad

You're more than likely looking for a 'cracker' style dough.
