Just pulled my copy of Saveur out of my mailbox... it's all about Chicagoland! I'm not a big fan of deep dish, but it's lunchtime here and BOY, does that pizza on the cover look GOOD!!
It also talks about Chicago dogs... complete with poppy seed bun, neon green relish, sport peppers, etc... seems pretty authentic, from what I can tell...
Might want to check it out!
