Good thing I looked in this post because I was going to mention this book.
Title should be in the topic.

Anyways I enjoyed this book, it's small to the point type of book
The author has my thoughts even some of the things I use like peanut oil.
not using extra virgin olive oil because of the taste. I'm not hip on olive oil taste.
He also has fried pizza, fried Calzones which I do also.
It's one of those books you read and say wow this is right on with what I do.
He talked about letting the dough rise once then refrigerating it, just like myself
And that you can use it after a couple hrs of refrigeration. hmm like myself too
but better to use it the next day. I agree.
But he doesn't have Pizza Freet! Just the dough fried!
Like my Great Italian Grammema use to make! So there! LOL!
I'm one up on you Brother Dominick!
Sprinkle a little sugar on that fried dough and Man it's Great!
Anyways good book I think it cost me 10 bucks.
The guy also sells his high gluten flour.
I may end up ordering some of that just to see how it is.
But it's probably just King Authors Sir Lancelot
