La Fede brand tomatoes
« on: May 19, 2012, 10:15:51 AM »
In my never ending search for good tomatoes I find myself constantly on the lookout for new options. Today I found La Fede crushed tomatoes, a brand I have never tried or even seen in my area. The label states that they are Jersey grown, which gives me hope that they will be good. Another favorite of mine, Sclafani, are also Jersey tomatoes. I won't get a chance to sample these until next weekend at the earliest but I wondering if anyone has tried them and what is your opinion of them?

I guess you have to have faith that they will be good.  :-D

For $1.50 a 28 0z. can, I'm always willing to roll the dice!  :-D
