An interesting watch.  I thought I took a lot of pictures, this guy takes the cake, you can hear the photographer's
camera going off a million times thru the video LOL

I'd love to have been there in person, and see how long it took for that pizza, and what it tasted like.  It's a nice
oven he's got there.

Wow, I hope he moves faster than that during service..

Hey, that is a Rosito Bisani (sp?) oven..Same one as RedRocks in D.C.

I was expecting at some point to hear: "be sure to smash as much air as possible out of the edge of the dough..." :-D

Nice video, I've seen it before just not sure where.. might've been posted on here at some point.  Thanks for posting it up though.

This is from Viva Amore in Tucson, I recently posted my opinions in a different thread.

Funny thing is in "real life" they have another guy making the dough who goes a lot faster than this guy, one of the owners.
