I was expecting at some point to hear: "be sure to smash as much air as possible out of the edge of the dough..." Nice video, I've seen it before just not sure where.. might've been posted on here at some point. Thanks for posting it up though.- aba
I'd love to have been there in person, and see how long it took for that pizza, and what it tasted like. It's a niceoven he's got there.
