This is my first post on this forum so be easy on me.
First ... let me say this ... I'm very impressed with this forum! It is a pleasure to find that this many people are so knowledgeable on pizza. I'm finding out how much research and time yall guys put into it. Thanks everyone for these incredible posts!
I'm from North Carolina and can not find KASL flour or Trumps flour. I've had very good luck with using Gold Medal Bread Flour but would like to try the above. Does anyone have any idea where it is sold in North Carolina?
Also last night I experimented with "Blue Moon" beer instead of water ... everyone wish me good luck!

You've been weighed, measured and found kneading.

I'm from Nebo, NC. I found King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour @ Ingles, and have GREAT results with it. I've found other King Arthur Flours @ Ingles, maybe you can find some flour that works for you @ Ingles.
Good Luck!!!
