So far, my favorite is the cento san marzzano with the ROA label. The cans are lined as well so I'm sure that helps eliminating the can taste or the tartness associated with the can. If you want to try a sauce that will blow your mind try a can of the cento I mentioned and mix a small can of the centos pizza sauce in with it. Then season with oil or a little wine or balsamic and some italian herbs and some oil and watch out. This sauce is off the charts.. Yeh, I know its cheating but it tastes so awesome.  >:D
