well, now that fresh ripe tomatoes have officially disappeared in New Jersey, I'm back to trying to find the best canned tomatoes. I've been using Colavita (packed without citric acid) or Sclafani (also without citric acid). I find if I let them sit a few days, they lose the tin can taste and get sweeter. Anyone else have any recommendations. I'd like to give 6 in 1 a try.
