You Tube video (me too..)

Since Bill has been doing such an excellent job  with his videos, I thought I'd put some stuff on too. The video was made using a still digital camera, which can do video as well, but it's not brilliant quality.

The dough was made with Caputo flour. i used "Il Miracolo di San Gennaro" pomodorini (small, like cherry tomatoes) and imported buffalo mozzarella. See pics attached.

Also made a pizza bianco with buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto and aragula.

This pizza took a bit longer to cook than the margherita because the oven had cooled down a bit. Towards the end the digital camera times out, so a premature end to this video..

I really enjoyed both of your videos which clearly demonstrate how much more valuable videos are compared to stills.

BTW, I used to carry my pies on the peel from the outside oven into the kitchen until one day ....  . Now I plate them outside. 

I would love to see more - kneading, shaping, etc. - if possible.

is your pizza oven in your house ? is that part of your garage or basement ?

Great looking pizzas!!!
How do you get the fire going in that brick oven and how do you clean up after. Does the fire last a long time?
