Pizza Fans,
I'm a new forum member, but not new to the world of pizza, and wanted to post an intro. I'm Kevin, and I've loved pizza since I was a kid. My favorite is Pizza Hut style thin 'N crispy. I even worked for Pizza Hut for a while - off an on for about a decade(late '80s to late '90s). Since leaving Pizza Hut I've made a few home-made pizzas here and there, mostly NY style. I've searched a few times but never found a good recipe for Pizza Hut style thin 'N crispy, until today. A post over on a forum at www dot BadgerAndBlade dot com(sorry, it wouldn't led me use an actual URL) led me to this web site/forum. I can hardly wait to get home and try some of the recipes I've found here!!!!
