Hi! I've been lurking for a while and love the site. I was looking for a recipe and was wondering if anyone could help.
I grew up in Syracuse, NY and there was a deli downtown that had lunas. It was basically a stuffed pizza, but the top and bottom were wicked crispy. The cheese must have been a mottzy-provolone mix(not sure cause I was eight). I think the name might have been Paul's or something like that. May have been on Salina street. I don't think they are in business anymore.
I have looked on the web and haven't found anything except a place called "pastabilities" on Franklin street. I don't think that was it though.
Anyone familiar with the place?
