Any Strong Feelings on a Franklin Chef Deck Oven ?

    Hello Everyone,

After lurking on this site for the past few months, and taking in all the knowledge contain here......I have decided to collect some needed equipment, and get started on with my dream of owning my own pizza place. I have been looking at used equipment, and have found a great  price on a well maintained oven. The owner retired last month, and new owners did not want the deck oven....so he hauled it to his house where it has been sitting a few weeks. The guy is a wealth of knowledge, and offered his assitance any way he can, he is 75 and in poor health....but has a passion for the business and the old school methods that made him a great living for many years.

Anyone know anything about Franklin Chef Ovens?  He recently had replaced the stones, thermo-coupler, and regulator assembly with in the last year. Its a double Deck 120,000 BTU      Laweegie

P.S. Thank you all for the great information, you have imparted on this site!
