hey JB, I notice that you get those black spots on the edges of you pizza,
I've never had that, - your oven ... is it gas ?

Seems your oven goes higher, much higher in heat than my electric oven.

Pizzamaker, Rib Smoker, HomeBrewer, there's not enough time for a real job.

Hmm, I had a feeling you were a bit "tricky" !  :P

I can't wait for warmer weather, I'll be trying out my new pizza oven, and will be posting some
results.

Going to be fun, and I see lots of pizza in future out on the deck  :chef:

You should check out the linked vids or just search for jbs vids... he has a BAZILLION out there and are ALL worth watching!  I tried his BBQ shrimp done in the oven and they were WONDERFUL!!

I saw some of JB's BBQ stuff. Very nice and very usable.

I'm a BBQ fan myself and will give his recipes definitely a try.
