Brewery open! Pizza coming soon...

I've been scarce from this forum lately, some of you may recall that I was working on opening a new microbrewery (in Berwick, PA).  The good news is I'm finally open!  The bad news is that I'm not doing pizza yet, but I did pick up an older single-deck natural gas Blodgett oven at a restaurant auction for $50.  Once I get my feet back on the ground with the beer and tap room I'm planning to figure out how to install and use it.

Congrats on getting your microbrewery opened ! wowie ! , as an all grain brewer, I am very interested
in your progress on that ( if you have a website, I'd love to see it )

As for the pizza end, I have always thought that a microbrewery and pizza are a match made in heaven.

Best of luck on your new venture.  I, too was an all grain homebrewer (before the kids came and my free time and disposable income went bye-bye).  I certainly miss brewing.

Small world.  My wife grew up in Peckville and we just heard about your brewery.  We're homebrewers so we try to check out all the local breweries but we missed the opportunity last time we were up visiting her parents.

We're in State College now but we go to Peckville every few months or so.  I'll definitely find your new place and check it out.

I'm happy to say we're now making pizza!  The kitchen is open Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 10pm, and Saturdays from 1pm to 10pm.

Where are you located in Berwick ?  When I attended B.U. we used to get pizza from Dalos Bakery.  It was a strange pie, but I really enjoyed it not to mention it easily met my college budget.  I'm SW of Allentown, but from time to time get back to your area and would love to check out your place.  Good luck.
