I use 2 starters depending on the taste I’m looking for one is a bit darker then the other.
the darker one #2 is a bit sweeter with a nice slow steady rise #1 is a faster rise with more of a sour flavor both are quite old strong and vibrant.
So tonight I thought as I was feeding the starters instead of throwing it away I would mix the 2 with the surplus, question/ pole which one do you think will win out 1 or 2
