Borgo San Dalmazzo 00 flour
« on: January 14, 2008, 11:32:40 AM »
I'd heard about a cash-and-carry store near me (in Wilkes-Barre, PA) called City Mager.  I finally stopped in this morning, they mainly carry General Mills flours but when I asked about Italian 00 flour they pointed me to this flour.  $1.75 for a 1 kg (2.2 lb) bag.

I did a search here and found only one or 2 mentions.  Has anyone used it and can give me an idea what to expect?

Thanks!

Man does not live by bread alone.  There's also tomato, cheese and pepperoni.

If you do some research you can probably get the technical info from them.
