hello everybody!

anybody having trouble buying mozarela cheese?  I live in the Philippines.  I've been unable to find any mozarela here since december.  I wonder if this is worldwide?  or why?  Does anybody have an idea why?  Thanks again! :)

No problems obtaining mozarella here in the USA, New Jersey.

BTW: Can you buy Ricotta cheese in the phils?
I was attempting to share my recipe for Lasagna with a friend in
the Phils, but she said she never saw it there in the stores.

yes, you can buy ricotta cheese here in some of the department stores.  But in small cities it may be hard to find. 

that's too bad, I wonder why theres no mozarella.  I've gone to 3 different cities on the way to a vacation and I still couldn't find any.  Okay, thanks for the reply.  I thought there was some kind of supply shortage worldwide.
