Looks good to me too
Unfortunately I was not home to make my own on Friday night, but did enjoy a rather different pizza while my wife and I spent the night away from the kids.
It was Green Mill Pizza , the type Il Primo Pizza
and a four cheese blend of Mozz, Prov, Parm, and Gorganzola..
It was quite good actually I just reheated some of the leftovers on my stone and it was equally delicious.
I think I likely play with this combination of toppings once again It was a good mix.
I went the meal not expecting too much, for the last time I was there I had tried their Chicago Deep Dish Special. And while the toppings were good and the sauce wonderful it did not overcome the crust. It was lacking in many ways. Taste being the most obvious. It was almost as if they had designed the crust with a sole purpose to merely transtport the toppings and hold them during the cooking. I could not imagine that they would actually serve this corrugated cardboard/leathery thing.
The difference between the two pizzas i had had were like night and day.
Interesting none the less.....
