A16 Pizza

Finally made it over to A16 for a quick Margherita on Friday.Was somewhat let down.The bottom was more black than brown, and it was too soggy for my taste,and I like a wet pie!The crust was soft and had a decent crumb,and the Mozzarella was okay as were the tomatoes.I will give them another try the next time around.

Do you mean A16 in San Francisco?  I have eaten there and like it a lot but I have found that A16 like at many places where they are overall considered excellent, the pizza suffers from time to time.  Consistency is perhaps the exception.
