Looked at this a while ago Snowdy  and when I saw this photo  (The Lu-Lu - sauce, cheese, bacon, pineapple, garlic & basil .)I think it is safe to say that it bares no resemblance to Neapolitan pizza.
If you're looking for a date... go to the Supermarket.If you're looking for a wife....go to the Farmers market

I think the owner claims it to be.

I have been there about 2 years ago and had the pizza.  I was not too impressed by it but I plan on going back to give it another go.

Lower right hand corner- is that ash on the crust?

What's the etiquette regarding ash on a WFO pizza?  That's got to be a huge faux pas, right?

That's gross, I looked at a bunch of other pictures and they are on more pies. Maybe he passes it off as black pepper.
