I have relatives in Chattanooga, just visited for Thanksgiving 08. One night we had some pizza at "Crust" (in Red Bank, they also have a Sewanee location). They have a very thin cracker crust. The sauce (even though there wasn't much on the pizza) was pretty unique...I detected a certain zesty flavor to it, as if they mixed in some buffalo wing sauce. It was pretty good.
I'll ask to go to Lupi's next time I visit.
