Grandma Pizza

I had the best pizza in LI,NY and want to make it here at home.  I am looking for an entire recipe, including the plum tomato sauce, thick style sicilian crust (in cups, tbs. etc, not percenteges please).
It would be greatly appreciated!
Also-where can I get a rectangular pizza pan like they use?

I also love that pizza, and can only find it (so far) on Long Island.

If you go to the site, choose the Pizza tab and look for Grandma's Pizza. Chef Bruno, who I think may have come up with this variation on pizza, gives a brief demonstration on how to make this pizza. While not an exhaustive recipe, it may be a start.

I really should have added that I found the video on www.pizzatv.com, which has other neat videos on pizza. That site is run by Pizza Marketing Quarterly, the trade publication. I used the "embed" function that pizzatv.com provides in order to be able to include the video on my site.

Apologies for not providing the original site on my first post, which would have seemed less like shilling for my wife's site!
