Looking for pan advice
« on: March 13, 2008, 12:10:54 AM »
I am looking to purchase a pan that will be suited for making an Uno's style deep dish pizza.  I am currently using the Sassafras Deep Dish Pizza and Pie Baker - stone material.  I like the results but would like to add a more traditional metal pan to the arsenal.  I am leaning towards Chicago Metallics as I have a few of their pans but was curious if anyone had any input - as well as an online source.

I'm looking for a smaller pan - nine to ten inches.

Any suggestions?

Check these pans out.

I don't know how high you want your deep-dish, but the last time I had the UNO's, I think it was somewhere around a 1 1/2". I could be wrong, though.

Anyway, take a look at the two links.

I just saw that Pete beat me to it... ;D  He already covered those two links above in his post.

My bad.
