« on: February 25, 2008, 10:39:16 AM »
hi i would like to know how the burnerīs in a bakerīs pride oven is setup. where are they located.
how many burners are there. i know that the burners heat the pizza from underneath but are there also burners that heat the pizza from above. if somebody can give me a simple blueprint of burner location in a bakerīs pride pizza oven i would appreciate it.

The bakers pride gas ovens I have used do not have any burners on top.  They are underneath and there is a flu lever (the big stick shift looking thing on the front) that adjusts how much of the heat is allowed to go through a vent system that terminates above the pizza.
