Updated...Deep Dish Pan ?

I would like to make a deep dish pizza or a least try...I'll ask about a recipe later in another thread.

I would like to know what kind of pan should I buy?

I bought a stone, screens, and a cutter from

akitchen.com/store/pizzapans.html

so I was thinking of ordering from them again.

Another question today 3/11/2008

Last night I found out we have one black deep dish pizza pan but it has a few holes in it.  It was manufactured that way.  I'm wanting to try a deep dish recipe so will this work until I decide to buy something else?
