I recently had a pizza (at Beau Jo's, for all you colorado-ians) that used ranch dressing mixed hot sauce as part of the sauce. (I think there was pizza sauce on there too) It was incredible!!! I was so suprized. It was topped with chicken, jalapenos, and a bunch of different cheeses. What other sauces have people tried that work with California-style pizza?
