Last night I made some dough using the Deep Dish Calculator. I had a small amount of cornmeal in it & it turns out I used the calculator wrong. Pete-zza helped me today on how to use more than one grain on the calculator; so next time I can do it properly. Thanks, Pete!
Nonetheless, it was delicious. I've never had an authentic Chicago Deep Dish, so I don't know how it compares, but the hubster & myself loved it.
The filling was basically the stuffed spinach on the recipe page, over a base of provolone. I topped it with small meatballs, then sauce.
