My first Chicago Deep Dish

Last night I made some dough using the Deep Dish Calculator. I had a small amount of cornmeal in it & it turns out I used the calculator wrong. Pete-zza helped me today on how to use more than one grain on the calculator; so next time I can do it properly. Thanks, Pete!
Nonetheless, it was delicious. I've never had an authentic Chicago Deep Dish, so I don't know how it compares, but the hubster & myself loved it.
The filling was basically the stuffed spinach on the recipe page, over a base of provolone. I topped it with small meatballs, then sauce.

I keep trying to post a pic, & can't. It says my file is too large? I don't get it

You need to reduce the size of the picture file to less than 128kb.  Any photo editing software should do it.  If you reduce the size to 640x480 and compress it a bit, it should be ok.

I shrunk them to 640x480, but when I posted it, it just shows a corner? How do I compress it? Sorry, I don't know much about 'puters.

Well you're making progress!   Looks like maybe you cropped it?  You need to open the image, and there should be a way to "resize" the image to 640X480, while keeping it whole.  What photo software are you using?
