Keeping the planet safe from my old cheeses

Baked a batch of pizzas for the crew today topped with cheeses ready to be purged from the cheese box. This pie had mozzarella, fontina val d'Aosta, parrano, and fresh (sort of) ricotta. Also a few slices of soppresatta that were preparing to escape from the fridge. Great lunch!
